Hi tumblr! My name is Rho. I’m a mentally ill poor bisexual trans person and I really, really need help.

My mental illness is debilitating. I cannot work more than 20 hours a week, and I make barely above minimum wage. I struggle even to get to work because at the moment, I am reliant on others for rides - and as I live 20 minutes away from work, not many people can actually help me and those who can are getting tired of doing so. Namely, my father, who I am sharing a one bedroom cramped cottage with. He is abusive mentally and physically, and has threatened to kill me many times. He recently attempted to shove me out of a moving car and proceeded to throw all of my things (phone, bag, etc) out after me because I had a breakdown while he gaslit me and I had started sobbing and ripping my hair out.

I was at one point living a short 5-10 minute walk from my place of work but  my mother kicked me out after a fight we had over her dating her childs molestor (she knew what he did and chose to take his side) and refusing to take me to the hospital when I was on the verge of killing myself and desperately needed some professional care.

I have very little food. I can’t eat meat so I can’t stock up on ramen or soups and other cheap things. All I eat are frozen pizzas and other incredibly unhealthy things. It’s all I currently have access to.

My clothes have started to wear down. The thighs in my pants are wearing down and holes have started sprout up on various articles of clothing due to both wear and work.

I am in the process of buying a car. This car will help me

  • get to work on my own
  • find a better job
  • allow me to go to therapy and psychiatrist appointments
  • and as a result, i will be medicated and therefore can try working full time again, thus earn myself more money
  • i can leave the house when i am feeling cornered and when my father brings over men who have made me feel incredibly unsafe from how they look at me and talk about me

I need several hundred dollars for title of deed, sales tax, registration, and parts that need replacing/repair.

I also desperately need to go to the dentist. I have one broken tooth and one chipped. I also need new glasses (especially if I’ll be driving) and most likely I am going to need to get surgery on both my feet and wrists (I have an incredibly painful deformation on my feet and severe carpal tunnel, I can’t even sleep anymore without waking up to a numb but somehow excruciatingly painful arm).

I also have a phone bill that is close to $100 a month, and because I need unlimited data - my father has no internet and the only means of staying in contact with my friends is the internet -, that is a quarter of what I make in a month. It will get lower when I pay what I owe on the phone off, but that isn’t going to happen for another year and a half at this rate. Losing my phone and the internet is not something I can go thru. I do not do well alone, I will - especially as I’m unmedicated atm - spiral and I’m already struggling to keep myself alive as it is.
